Moreover, L’Ancetre offers a complete range of new organic products such as colored and marbled mild cheddar, 7% m.f. Frugal, Parmesan, 15% m.f. mozzarella, 20% m.f. mozzarella, ricotta, Swiss Emmental, as well as salted and unsalted butter. L’Ancêtre constantly works to develop new products and services. The cheese and butter are sold under the trade name L’Ancêtre. All the products of L’Ancêtre Cheese Factory are certified organic by Québec Vrai.
